tempo, on your phone.

The tempo app pairs with your tempo wearable over Bluetooth, so you can follow temperature quietly in the background — without waking anyone to check.

• Live temperature, with a calm history of the night
• Gentle alerts at a threshold you choose
• Separate profiles for each person in your care
• Follow along from a second phone, in another room
